By buying our products at Glitchy Weasel Works, you agree to the terms of service below which are set in place to protect both us, as well as you (our customers)! This TOS is publicly available to view on our site below for all customers to see so they may make informed buying decisions.

COMMUNICATION
Glitchy Weasel Works is best contacted through Telegram @The3amHellbeast regarding any commission inquires, questions, updates, or concerns. We are also available to be contacted through email at GlitchyWeaselWorks@gmail.com or through any of our main Social Media accounts (@GlitchyWeaselWorks on Instagram or @GlitchyWeasel on Twitter/X).
We will respond within 1 week to all business related messages and emails.

We have a public Trello that is updated frequently as work is completed on suits and projects.

MINIMUM AGE​

You must be over 18 to commission any Fursuits, Fursuit Parts, Accessories, or Props from Glitchy Weasel Works.

Parents, Guardians, or anyone over the age of 18 may not commission or purchase
a Fursuit, premade, or any products marked as 18+ of any kind from Glitchy Weasel Works on behalf of a minor.

Anyone over the age of 13 may purchase premade items for sale such as Fursuit parts, props, and accessories in person at conventions. Anyone under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
GLITCHY WEASEL WORKS' TOLERANCE AND ABUSE POLICY

Glitchy Weasel Works has the right to refuse a sale at any time for any reason within compliance with the law.

We are not responsible for any of our customer's actions. Once a product has been bought or shipped, that product then belongs to the customer and is theirs to do what they would like with it.

Glitchy Weasel Works has 0 tolerance for rude or inappropriate behaviors' or staff abuse towards us from our customers.

We have the right to refuse commissions or deny service for any of the following reasons:

You are under the age of 18 (In the case of a premade or any 18+ items).

You are under the age of 13 and do not have an adult accompanying you.

You have a history of being rude or problematic with other fursuit makers, artists, and vendors.

You have a history of illegal actions, practices, or interests.

You are being rude or threatening towards our staff

You are buying our items to resell at a marked up cost

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment through Paypal, Square, or E-transfer only. Cash may be accepted, but only in person or for convention commission openings. We do not accept Cheques, Cashapp, Venmo, or any other form of payment.

All payments through Paypal must be made through Goods and Services or by Invoice

Payment Plans are not offered for any goods sold at conventions
REFUND POLICY

All items sold at conventions are final sale ​​unless if there is a fault in the product. In those cases please refer to our repairs policy below. Please be 100% sure that you would like to purchase an item from us, as once the item leaves the vendor hall then it will be unable to be refunded.

Refunds can take anywhere from 1 Business Day to up to 3 months to be processed. We are not responsible for refunds taking longer due to Paypal, Square, or issues arising with any banks that may be involved. If you are having issues with receiving a refund, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the situation on our end to the best of our abilities.

SHIPPING & DAMAGE POLICY

Glitchy Weasel Works is not responsible for any damages or lost and stolen items after it has been shipped. GWW will always make sure that products will be shipped out as safely as possible, and will help attempt to recover any lost or stolen items should this occur by contacting whichever shipping company had lost the items and launching an investigation.

If the client had opted out of paying for package insurance, Glitchy Weasel Works is not responsible. If insurance covers the cost of the missing package then Glitchy Weasel Works may be able to remake the suit or product or offer a refund in the unfortunate incident of this occurring.

Shipping is not included in the quoted price of an item and the original invoice. Customers will be charged the amount that it costs to ship the item and for packing materials.

Please prepare for additional shipping costs such as custom fees or package insurance. Insurance will be added for all shipped items with the full claimed amount unless if specifically asked by the client to not include it.

Customs must be covered by the client.

Convention pick-up is available for any convention Glitchy Weasel Works attends. We are not responsible for anything that happens after the suit or items has been picked up, nor are we responsible for customs or duties needing to be paid if flying or crossing borders.
OUR FURSUIT REPAIR AND MAINTENENCE WARRENTY -
Glitchy Weasel Works will offer lifetime fixes, refurbishments, and add-ons for their client’s suits for the cost of shipping and at a slight cost depending on the repair or additions.

Small fursuit parts, props, and accessories are eligible for repairs on a case by case basis. If an item is defective on behalf of us at GWW then we may offer to replace the item or offer a partial refund if we are unable to fix the item.

Our suits and items are hand made and therefore will have imperfections. While we can do our best to fix or repair any issues that may arise, perfection is not a guarantee with our suits and items and should not be expected. We are more then happy to try to fix issues that come up in the future as we get better at our skills and learn new techniques.

The client will be responsible for washing the suit or item to the best of their abilities, and paying for shipping or delivering the item in need of repair to Glitchy Weasel Works.

GWW may refuse to fix, repair, or work on a suit or item that is not clean or may be dangerous for us to work on.

Repairs such as popped or torn seams, loose or missing magnets, accessories lost due to magnets or velcro failing, broken zippers, fur quality issues, or any defects that are at no fault of the customer up to 3 months after receiving the suit or item will be fully covered by GWW. GWW will not cover repairs for minor asymmetry in fur markings or the underlying base and minor glue imperfections.

Glitchy Weasel Works are not responsible for fixing or repairing any personal modifications or modifications made by others to your suit or items if changes are made within the first 3 month suit warranty.

Additional costs may be necessary for any repairs for suits or items which were not modified by our team.

Due to Fursuits being physically worn items, Fursuits eventually will wear down to a point in where they will be unable to be fixed or refurbished. While GWW will do our best to try to fix and repair our suits and keep them up to date, there may come a time where we will be unable to continue repairing or maintaining the suit. If a suit is not sent in for maintenance often (every 1-3 years), items might wear down quicker and fall into disrepair faster.

In the case of a suit being resold to a new owner, the previous owner relinquishes their rights to our repair and maintenance policy to the new owner so long as the new owner agrees to this TOS.
PRIVACY POLICY
We retain the right to use the personal information you provide us to ensure you are not violating our terms of Service. This may include reviewing your social media pages.
Appropriate action will be taken if your actions are not in accordance with the law. We will never use your information for anything other than to contact you, fulfill your order, and ship it to you.
We retain the right to post your commission and payment status on Trello.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You may not deconstruct or replicate our heads or other parts. Glitchy Weasel Works currently uses head bases, eye blanks, parts, patterns, and materials created and sold by other artists. We ask that you refrain from deconstructing or replicating our work to also protect the artists and creators that we choose to support and have made our business possible. Credit for all materials not made by GWW will be listed here!
